This website is a complete fraud. They claim to offer an online gaming service that will make your gaming more enjoyable.
DO NOT BELIEVE! First off, everything that they post on their policy disclosure is untrue. They do not follow any of it once you pay them.
REFUND? Forget about it. They tell you they will start the service immediately upon payment. I waited nearly two weeks, nothing. I contacted there live support every day asking when I will be provided with the service I purchased. Beware, they will give you the same lame excuse over and over. Using very bad grammar, they will tell you "We are sorry, but we are unable to provide the service at this time and will do it for you as soon as possible." As soon as possible? I waited almost 3 weeks. Still nothing.
I got so fed up I requested for refund, which is clearly stated in their policy would be provided upon request. However, in order to request a refund you must contact llive support because they do not respond to requests by email "for your protection". Same lame excuses, "We are not able to provide you refund at this time because our manager is not in at the moment and will do it as soon as possible". Tried contacted them for the next week about my refund, still "manager is not in". I asked them when their manager will be in so that I can message them when someone of help was available. They told me 12 hours, which is midnight pst. Not to my suprise, their live support site is down during that time.
I even disputed with paypal about not receiving the product I had paid for and opened a dispute against the transaction. Not sure what xhonor provided paypal, but my claim was denied due to insufficient evidence.
So in the end, xhonor basically ripped me off. I repeat xhonor ripped me off! Do not do business with them. They are a chinese based company claiming they are in Singapore basically set up to rip off young consumers and online gamers.
I forgot to mention, when asking them how they could just rip people off with no concious, they responded with a "= (". How disturbing is that.
I'm sure most people aren't aware of such companies because they are not familar with online gaming. But for those that are, XHONOR IS A SCAM! I didn't know where else to turn, but any way I can expose them I will.
