I opened an account on Getafreelancer.com as a buyer and posted three projects and deposited some funds. Mysteriously i saw that the money in my account set on minus without purchasing anything or buying anything. I started to suspect getafreelancer. Coms honesty. So I asked them to refund my money back to my paypal account. I have also attached the transaction IDs and they replied there are no money to refund! I asked them to check the paypal. I wrote them well their company received the money and they should refund it. They did not listen to me. I right away sensed another ripoff, so I opened a dispute on paypal for the money I deposited on paypal. When I opened a dispute, getafreelancer.com suspended my account and wrote Due to security reasons, we have to suspend your account. Please contact Paypal regarding this issue and update us. I wrote them they should refund my funds on paypal. The payment goes to [email protected] The following is my transaction IDS

This freelance website has suspended my account because of opening a dispute on Paypal for asking a refund for products that I did not receive! I provided my Paypal transaction ID, but they are playing games with me. They also asked for my ID or passport and I believe my Paypal Transaction ID is enough. Because of online fraud activities I will not provide them a copy of passport or Government ID. Do not trust Getafreelancer.com All I wanted/want is to get refund. These people are fraud and Paypal knows it as well. My money is gone! I told to my friends, colleagues, I twitted their scam on twitter, facebook and myspace. I also contacted my countrys authorities, police department, The Consumer Council of Norway, International online crime and some other instances to investigate this scam website. They steal our money and think they can survive on the internet by scamming people! They cannot get away with it. I wont let them. I will not let them to do the same with other people. I wrote them: do not ruin everything for a few dollars! They did not care what I wrote. They have also changed their name to Freelancer TM now.
