I made purchase on 01/27/09 delivery is to made 8min-24hrs. I contacted the service provider as stipulated per. Their instructions on www.lotroshop.com after purchase confirmation is made via email shortly after initial transaction. I was told at this point that they required me to send them a email with character name and level by live agent, I immediately send this email as requested. I waited a full 24hrs and re-contacted the live agent support via www.lotroshop.com on 01/28/09 and asked the agent if the service was going to be provided, the agent comment after several minutes that no help was available at this time and that all the folks that are able to make delivery are asleep and they will not wake them up or their phone is out of service?!? I asked the agent to process a refund on this order and the response I received is that the BOSS is out and they will leave a note for him to do this. I received no response on this the next day and filed a PayPal claim as this was the way the transaction was paid for. I additionally send an additional email to the service provider asking to expedite the refund to bring this matter to a close without further issues. Be aware!
