Due to a layoff my gas was shut off. I was in the process of getting help and Semco decided that the monies that were paid by an agency should go toward a deposit. So I managed to come up with the other 143 dollars and called to set up a turn on. That's when the hell began
The customer service rep told me to hang on they needed to put me through to a supervisor. This supervisor told me that someone with a similar name and one digit off a s. S # had a back bill and they were adding it to my bill. They told me that I needed to come up with 1600 dollars to turn back the gas. When I got mad the supervisor (Renee') called me a welfare rat and many other rude names and then told me to shut up because I said G.D.
