When i received the letter in the mail, i knew it was a mistake and just wanted to clear up the matter. Whe i called, the first representative would not let me explain that this was a mistake. He began to loud talk me and tell me that if i have proof of paying the bill then i could send that in otherwise, i just needed to pay my debt and he hung up.
I called again and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was then transferred to Lola who also began to grill me about my address and phone numbers. I refused that information and told her that she already had my address. I also told her that this bill was a mistake and she also proceeded to loud talk me and say that i should quit being delinquent and pay my bill and that she was terminating the call and hung up.
I called the actual company that they called themselves trying to collect for and found that it was an error. They called and told CBCS that it was a mistake. When i called back to speak with Lola and ask for an apology, i was told by a different supervisor that they did not owe me an apology for doing their job and she proceeded to hang up as well.
This company is below the scum that collects in the bottom of barrels. They are unprofessional and beyond RUDE. I feel sorry for anyone who comes under their attack.
