Theirs promotion say one price, then they bill you a much higher one. You can, t without a $480 fee

I apply for their 29.99 program package, dvr service. This was to be for four room in my home. I was bill for $117.95, when i told them let talk about this bill, they said we can, t help you, pay it. And it cost you $480 to cancell. We will put it on your credit card.
