Monthly Over-Limit Errors Block Credit Limit Increase

Every mo. Capital One says I'm over with my account. Its there mistake every mo. They give it back I applied for an increase they said no because I had to many over the limits I had not had any I save all my statements and I can prove it's there mistakes they just do not want to admit it its just that I have to fight with them every mo. Without a break I'm just so tired of it I give up I'll pay them what they want I guess
