This company may tout several marketing bells and whistles, but if you want to get ripped off on supposed paid commissions, have your banking account overdrawn and pay excessive overdraft fees due to unauthorized debits for marketing services, and not have phone calls returned in a timely manner, or returned at all in regards to problems you are having, and if you want your business practises talked about to other members, although you have requested confidentiality, definitely use this company.
I was using a marketing tool with this company, the CRM calling software for my insurance business. I signed up to be a reseller, which entitled me to a 100 dollars for every person that I referred this system to, and that signed up to use it.
I signed up seven people on my insurance sales team, of which I recieved a check for each one the first month. That was good.
The next month, I wasn't able to purchase the CRM, and emailed Gary Prado about a week to a week and a half before the money was to be taken out of my account, to let him know that I would not be signing up for it, and to not take it out of my account when my due date came up. I also followed this up with a phone call, whereby I left a message stating such.
Well, one morning, I just happened to look at my bank account online, which I hardly ever do, and noticed a 349 fee that had been taken out of my account. I had to pay rent that day, and a number of first month bills, and immediately emailed Gary, and phoned him to tell him that he had to immediately reverse those fees, and that I had already asked him to do so, more than a week ago, via phone and email.
Then I get a call from a head agent on my team the next week, asking me why I hadn't signed up for the CRM, and that I wasn't entitled to get my commission check for being a reseller, unless I signed up for the the CRM first. Well, first of all, I had asked Gary to keep my business with him and I between me and him, particularly the financial part of it, and NOT to share it with this other agent, and he, on several occasions shared with this other agent my financial information, that was none of his business, and putting us in an uncomfortable situation.
I looked at my contract and it did not state that I had to purchase the CRM in order to get my commission. I phoned Gary and told him I wanted to sign up for the CRM again, but to CALL me FIRST, as I had to transfer some funds. I left several messages and emails for the next couple of days, SEVERAL messages, of which he never responded to.
So, I figured I would go ahead and purchase some other marketing materials elsewhere. So I did. Well, about a week and a half later, I get an EMAIL from Gary, stating that he had put me back on the CRM - with no advance notice, nor no phone calls, like I asked him, and therefore, my bank account had many checks bounce because of this. To the tune of 600!!!
Where I bank, they pay the debits to your account, and charge you for every one, and will just keep paying them, before you know it. I called and called Gary and left messages once again for the next few days, and never got a call back. Now, during this interim, and before, he said that he had sent out my commission check. Well, that wasn't the case, he never did. Also, when he finally called me, after all these overdrafts, he said that he hadn't had time to mail out the check, but would make sure it got out in the mail that same day.
Still, no commission check. Now, let me tell you, I brought into this man's business my whole sales team, who not only purchased the CRM at 349 a pop, but also all his other bells and whistles, which he claims are the best of the best. I have brought this mans business SO MUCH money.
So not only have I got my commission check, he takes money out of my account twice, and thank God I found it the first time. He voilated my wishes for privacy, and was extremely rude in not returning my phone calls or abiding by my wishes.
Not only that, but there were two other agents that this happened to also, one their spouse caught it in time, and the other he overdrew their account also, all for the same reasons.
There are plenty of other companies out there that offer the CRM, and all the other bells and whistles that Gary has. And trust me, the customer service and payment methods are by far more organized and professional and they won't rob you or your bank account.
I am repulsed by these practises and would NEVER recommend or refer this company, especially at such a high cost.
