My son purchased a 1998 Harley -Davidson softail Pro Street originally advertised on Craigs list. Contacted the person and they said everything will go through amazon and information would be sent to purchase. We were advised by Amazon (but it looked like a legitimate email from amazon). With instructions to wire the money to Bank of America to Gary Stern. The bike should have came by now. We called everynight and they said the bike would be on its way. We called the number today and they kept hanging up on us and now the number goes to voicemail. I contacted Gary Stern and he advised he has a contract with Google in which he gets paid commission to collect the money and send it out. Our money was sent to Portugal. We are out $3,400. And no motorcycle. I have contacted my bank to do a fraud against Gary Stern and Bank America. All I want is our money back that we worked hard to earn. I have multiple emails with the instructions on the purchase of the bike and Gary's Stern's phone number and bank account. Gary said he will cooperate but how do I get my money back
