Nationwide home warranty is one of many home warranty companies we have used for the multiple properties that we own/manage. Not one single claim has been paid from simple airconditioner rattle to spa heater switch needing replacement although they clearly state its covered in the contract. They seem to need time to get someone else to argue your case if you choose to argue but our phone calls are ignored and claims go unpaid. We have never seen anything like it. I did hear from them recently though. They were just wondering if they could get me to renew my contract for another hefty sum.
