Colonial does not honor their contract. They claim we are not covered for the hot water heater which broke down on Christmas day. Their terms "Coverage will begin 30 days after applicable fees have been received by Colonial." We paid Nov. 1 they accepted they payment in full on Nov. 2, the hot water heater broke Dec. 25. I don't know what calendar they use but we should be covered, however they denied it saying we were stillin the first 30 days and coverage starts Jan 2!
Do not waste your time or money with them.
