I am 12 days into my "shipment" and i have not heard anything back from these people... Everything I have read about bad customer service is 100% correct... No live chat, no email response. Nothing... What can we do?
I paid 159 for a pair of shoes... If the items are fake we can sue them for false advertizing, at the least. Then we can proceed to claim their customer service tools being non-existant...
For anyone doing their homework before shopping DO NOT shop at buyvogue.com - i have threatened them of legal actions and so we will see if i get a response at all
