I discovered a charge for $119.99 on my credit card this month. The entry included the name, GreatFun with an 8-digit membership number and a phone number. I called the number, asked them to cancel whatever the service was and to refund my money.
After listening to several sales pitches to keep the account, they finally agreed to cancel it and post a refund. It remains to be seen how long it will take or how many more phone calls it will take to finally get my refund but I will update this as it works itself out.
