They never held up there end of the warntty, The stove was no good from the start, at first they tryed to fix it, then they gave up on me, stop returning calls

The stove was no good from the start, at first they tryed to fix it, they had no knoladge of the stove it was new to them, they tryed diffent things, it got worse, they stopped returning phone calls, I call the maker of the stove and they said they would help. It"s been three years and nothing, I paid good money for the pellet stove and it just sits there, (2) years now, So i stopped in to there store in adams and they said ok we can fix it for a fee, well if they said that they could fix it from the start it would have been covered by the warrenty, I got racked over the coals, They should make good on it, Or give me a pellet stove that will work
