I fail to understand Cricket's policy of only allowing 3-5 calls to customer service every month to 800-cricket or 866-cricket. I called the guy in San Diego who was in charge of Cricket (his name was Marcos) and all I get was a run around. Cricket, why do you limit your calls to customer service 3-5 times a month? Even if you need techical assistance and you have used up your 3-5 call allotment, you cannot get through. They also make it impossible for non-customers to get through. I never hear of any planned improvements or anything else about Cricket. It's like they are working in secret because no one really seems to know much about them.
