Neal was referred to me by a friend in the lead business as having good mortgage leads. I had done large amounts of business with this friend so I trusted his referral. I should have looked at who I was dealing with before I sent him money.
never trust anyone who doesn't take credit card.
Aone Media and Aoneleads. OR AONE-Rip off has been around for 3 years and doesn't take credit cards. They don't take credit cards because they want to keep your money and not worry about a charge back.
I ordered 50 Mortgage live transfers from Neal on the 12th of June. TODAY is the 30th and I have still received nothing. I used to run a lead company myself called thereallead.com and had and old client who I would like to take care of and make a few bucks. I was told by Neal that he could deliver PA live transfers and he only needed a 3 to 5 day turnaround to deliver. He informed me on the 12th (a Thursday) that he could start getting leads on that Monday. Monday came. No leads.
His contract said up to 7 days, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. The following week I heard all kinds of excuses on why we had receive no calls...
"the servers are down because there is a storm"
"we are working on the scripts"
"we have new PA laws about transferring the calls right to an LO"
"they'll be there Friday"
Nothing to this day has been delivered. Actually. Neal did deliver a 100 old MD leads that were complete garbage as token of generosity. The LO's actually called them to find out the people on the list were DEAD.
Neal Deutsch sounds good on the phone and you want to trust him. He talks about how he used to deal with this big mortgage company and that big company. Bla bla bla. It's all lies. He has a side kick in training too named Sean Dabush. This 20 year old kid sounds just like him. Promising 10% closing ratios and long term business.
AONELEADS is your standard South Florida Rip off company. They will take your money and deliver nothing. But they'll tell you.."I am at the call center right now." or " we are dialing your states " It's all lies from a greedy 53 yearold man named NEAL DEUTSCH.
IF Neal can deliver what he say's he'll deliver I'd remove this post. But it's been 12 working days with nothing.
