At TheRealLead.
Aone leads agrees to refund the amount of $1250 to TheRealLead. (450 of which was sent to Neal from Rick yang for leads never delivered, 800 of which was sent on June12th) Of which will then be refunded to Enrico at mortgage options plus the fee TheReal Lead charged as a subcontractor.
Aone leads shall not refund Mortgage options directly, nor shall Aone leads disclose to mortgage options the amount of the refund to TheReallead.
Upon completion of this refund of 1250. TheRealLead considers this matter closed. Mortgage options will then be fully refunded and Dustin will update the post on the complaint and not speak to the Florida attorney general on July 7th, provided funds hit by July 4th. Once I recieve a wire of $800 from NEAL and $450 from RICK YANG I will remove my comments on the usacomplaints.com.
I will make a post saying that Neal Deutsch has made good on a FULL refund.

As you requested, I am putting forth my suggested resolution to this matter in writing. On or about June 12 My client, Dustin Wunderlich, paid your client, Neal Deutsch and A One Leads, a sum of $1,250 for delivery of mortgage leads. No such leads were forthcoming. It is now too late for performance on the contract as this contract was time-sensitive and Dustin's potential buyer has long since moved on to other lead sources. Accordingly, I propose the following in settlement of this dispute:
In exchange for a full refund of the $1,250, my client is agreeable to allow you or Neal to draft an update to Dustin's post on usacomplaints.com.in essence, this update would be written from Dustin's perspective and detail how this was a misunderstanding, that the money was refunded, that Neal was apologetic, that it was a technical glitch and in now way reflects Neal's or A One Leads' usual business practices and that Dustin would do business with Neal again.
I believe this solution is in the best interest of all parties involved. Neal benefits because the number one web listing on google when searching neal deutsch aoneleads will reflect Neal's customer service and portray him in a much better light. I think this will prove beneficial to Neal if he plans on remaining in the lead business, or any business for that matter. On the other hand, Dustin benefits because he is returned the money he paid for a product he never received
