Kelly O'Neal stole thousands of dollars from a friend who manufactures decorative wares in the Dallas area. He ordered samples of items (pillows and upholstered pieces), took delivery and refused to pay after repeated requests were made by the artist, who is considering suing the completely amoral thief. I see from other complaints here that O'Neal and his partner have a long history of scamming local artists. Can't you get together and file some kind of class action suit against him and his company to make it cost effective? I know many smaller artists can't afford to deal with what's been noted are O'Neal's 'shyster tactic' lawyer. I wish something could be done about these thieves. We don't need this kind of scam artist operating in our artistic community!
