Have accessed my credit/debit card acct without authorization Des Plaines

I have just realized that this is a recurring charge that neither my husband or I made. I have sent an e-mail to the company asking to have this account closed and no longer be billed. What scares me is that I have no idea how they got this account number! I will be reporting them also to my debit/credit card company.
