Free Choice stated they would contact me about setting up an appointment to have a new phone service installed which I'd inquired of. During my call, I only inquired of the cost, agreed the costs were reasonable, and agreed to set up an installation appointment at a later date. I was told this would involve setting up a time when I was to be here in order to do the installation. Free Choice went ahead, unauthorized, with no appointment, and installed the new line, and subsequently billed me for $75 $32, prorated $35 for a month in advance.
I have never once filed a complaint with the BBB, or anyone for that matter. This, and the service I received, were awful experiences.
