I recently reviewed my phone bills and found charges that were through a 3rd party billing "ILD Teleservices" and then in the description was "Charges applied on behalf of Your Product Bill". None of these sounded familiar with me and so I called ILD and put my phone number in their system and then I was forwarded to "Your Product Bill" which can be reached at 1-800-215-1961 and informed the representative that I never authorized these services and would like to have them credited to my account, and removed from their system and cancel this bogus 800 number voicemail service. Hopefully I will see my $26.38 again!
