ILD Teleservices and VOX Trail are adding unauthorized charges for voicemail services to phone bills. It showed up on my account for two months. Since I did not receive a statement for July, I did not identify these charges until August. Not only had I never signed up for this voicemail service, I had never heard of ILD or VOX Trail. I called ILD and ILD agreed to block future charges, but it refused to credit my account for the existing charges. The really sad part is that, after going through two people (including a supervisor) at AT&T, AT&T is refusing to remove those charges from my account!
