Received a charge on phone bill from ESBI for 16.92 for Nationwide Voicemail which I never ordered or asked for, called at&t to have this removed, was informed they can't remove it, I have to pay it then get reimbursed from ESBI (Enhanced Services Billing Inc). Tried to call this company and ...
