I just called columbia gas to report a payment, which gas shutoff person told me I just need to pay this amount on the termination notice, and I did make it and called them, and they told me I need to make a security deposit, but security deposit is very hefty... Over 700 bucks? Why is it 700 bucks? I just can't understand these hefty security deposit, and they told me I need to pay more to actually reconnect the service. I say that columbia gas customers service is really really bad. Rep just hang up on me...
