Www.rentinnerja.com is the worst holiday rental providers I dealt with unfortunately.
It manages villas and apartments in nerja, spain for short term holiday rentals. Most of their cash flow comes from very bad business practices that make consumers pay a hefty security deposit for every short term rental transaction. Once you signed a form for the security deposit they charge the security deposit amount on your credit card the same day you enter the apartment and they send you an email to tell you that you never getting back the deposit the same day you leave the apartment. You will never see an agent when you enter the apartment and you never see one when you exit. They can say whatever reason they want to justify the full amount security deposit charge since there was no in/out status checklist For my case they have made a very weird justifications saying we checked in late in the afternoon and they could not reach us on the phone, although they details they sent us states that the keys will be in a safe box outside the office (they gave us the security code).
They always charge the full security deposit amount.
And here what we signed for the security deposit:
* I agree to be held personally liable in the event that any damages occur to the indicated property above including loss of keys or failure to vacate the property by 10am unless agreed otherwise.
We have vacated the apartment well before 10am. We left the apartment in a very clean and tidy state
