Charged my account 29.95 I did not authorize. Stating 1st installment. I want my money refunded and them held accountable for overdraft fees

1st Credit of America Fraudulantly charged my account 29.95, indicating this was the 1st installment. I never authorzize automatic payments from my checking account. I want my monies and overdraft fees of 37.50 refunded to my account immediately.
