We placed an order on April 11. On our May 9 bill, P & M billed our credit card for 2 additional times for $1,826.65. I called them on May 19. They issued 2 credits for additional charges.
On the the June 9 bill, only 1 credit showed up for $949.60. P & M had also billed the credit card 2 more times for $1,923.67. I tried to call them and reached the answering machine. They still have not returned my call.
I talked with the credit card company and filed fraud charges today. I'll also be filing a claim with the Illinois Attorney General.
