We purchased 10 rolls of bubble wrap from P and M Consolidators and our credit card was charged on April 9 for $1,362.20 which included the freight cost. P and M charged our credit card an additional four times in April for a total of $6,453.84. I filed a complaint with our credit card company.
Then I received our May credit card bill and P and M charged our credit card six more times for a total of $9,274.50. I again called our credit card company and I will be filing a fraudulent claim against P and M through the credit card company. When I talked to the credit card company they said three additional charges were applied in June to the card but only two were processed because the third charge put the card over its limit. We have cancelled the credit card.
Today I filed a report with the Illinois Attorney General, Consumer Fraud Bureau giving them all the documentation with regard to the transaction.
