On March 22 i ordered funiture from Nationwide Mattress & Furniture Warehouse. After weeks of not getting my furniture I told them to cancel the order. They said my order was on backorder.
I cancelled the order and wanted a refund for the deposit I left which was $100.00. The only thing I can say is at least I didn't pay for the full amount of the furniture. They told me I would have to have an instore credit only. I've tried to call the customer service line and have been on hold for over an hour and no one ever gets on the line.
There has also been a voice mail that comes on and says someone will call you back. No one has called back. I have written letters to the corporate office and no response. It is now Dec. 3.
The Albuquerque NM store is now closed, it closed this year along with the deposit I put down. They are still open in other states. Please don't be a victim. There are so many victims already.
