I warn you not to ever agree to get service from Sprint. My Ex husband and I got The Katana 2 phones and got on the Family pack deal, yet somehow we end up with a bill (that was supposed to be 60-100.00 a month) ending up being 200.00-400.00 a month! My phone speaker also blew on my phone and they tried to convince me I had the volume up to high and it was only on three. Technically I haven't used my phone in two months and we owe them 400.00! And have a broekn phone. They shut our phones off and we have no way to pay a 400.00 bill and we won't pay it because we found all these hidden charges we didn't agree to. Now I have all this personal stuff on my phone and pictures of my kids, I can't even get off there. Not to mention their customer serivce is awful. I can't tell you how many problems I have had since December to now, June.
