Me and my husband have been with Sprint for almost 2 years now. I have noticed a steep escalation in the amount of my bill, and my husband's as well. We are literally paying more for our cell phones a month than we do for our home phone. Every month I call the Customer "Abuse" Reps and they each claim the amounts on something different. One said, the accumulated amount is for surcharges. Another says that the $5 late fee (bill's due on the 9th pay day is the 15th [another story]) has accumulated my $55 a month plan into $176. So, I paid it.
Another bill...$169. Answer by CSR... Overages. Overages on a 600 minute plan, when 96% of my calls are PCS to PCS Unlimited! My husband's pland is supposed to be $50/500 minutes. His WHOLE FAMILY has Sprint phones and live out-of-state. So, 99% of his calls are PCS to PCS Unlimited, but they claim that we missed a payment. NEVER have we missed payments! Now, they cut our phones off like clockwork every 2 weeks demanding more money.
After paying nearly $300 every month for 2 plans that were only supposed to be $100 a month, I have decided that it's cheaper to terminate my contract and pay the $150. After all, it's cheaper than my monthly bill! Wish me luck! (The customer reps are "stuck on stupid and passed out on DUMB!)
