Difficult transaction, wrong item sent, do not respond to numerous e-mails

I ordered an Oscar Scmidt ukulele and Korg CA-30 tuner from them on 5/10. It was listed as "in stock". The order was listed as "processing" for two weeks. After two e-mails, I received a repsonse saynig that they had a problem with their stock on Oscar Scmidt ukuleles but that they should be receiving them the following week. On 5/19 the order was listed as shipped, however it wasn't received by FedEx until 5/22. The order finally arrived on 5/28, a full 18 days later only to have the WRONG Korg tuner shi[pped. They sent me a Korg GA-30 tuner instead of a CA-30 tuner. I sent them 3 e-mails requesting instructions on obtaining an RMA to exchange the incorrectly sent GA-30 tuner for the CA-30 tuner.in the last e-mail, I informed them that if I didn't recieve an answer that I would make a report to this site and also contact my credit card company (AmEX). They never responded. AmEx was notified and credited my account for the tuner and I am now placing this report.
