3/12/06 sale ad lists the Macvision MP3 player with the following features: voice recorder/synchro lyric when playing MP3s plus FM Tuner/FM recording. The 512MB sale price is $39.99. The packaging for the model MA833A-5B does not list the FM Tuner/FM recording feature. I opened one of the 5 I bought and none of them have the FM feature that is listed in the sale ad.
The store manager wasn't able to locate any model in his store that has the FM tuner feature.
This is clearly an issue of false advertising.
