I am currently on aol and i pay my monthly fee every month for the last 3 yrs and have always used a local access number but this last month i have gotten a used phone bill every time i logged on seems like aol and at&t seems to be passing the buck to one another what has happened when the phone line is busy and i cant connect it seems one of them is putting me through to a non local number for which i havent been told they r doing my phone bill exceeds over 200 dollarsfor which i feel i should not have to pay cause this has never happened before so i want to dispute this on my billl and no one is willing to take it off, if u can help me please let me know thanks donna
