Verizon, gives false adveritsing. They are not there when you need them...
I started having trouble with there phones almost immediately... Batteries don't keep there charge, and the phones don't stand up to everyday use. The charging well on my phone is broken, the insurance we bought "does not cover" manufacture defects and Verizon states the manufactures warrenty is only good for a year.
We have more dropped calls than I can count!!! And At times we can't use our phones for hours they go into analog roam... We have to go outside to use our phones because they don't work in the house.
I have tired on may occasions to get these issues resolved. With no success!
SO here we are with a phone that dosen't work at all, service that is horrible. And If I want to early terminate I would have to pay 80.00 per line, and we have 4.
Please do not believe thier commercials, they are fraudulant in there statements.
