I am a WiredPlastic account holder who is generally happy with the services the card provides (i.E. Click-and-Pay). I use the Click-and-Pay option to pay my rent, as well as other bills, every month. However, this will be the SECOND time that I have had problems with my landlord receiving my rent check on time. Due to this, I will have to pay late fees, in spite of the fact that I received confirmation that my payment was processed on the May 30th. I came home yesterday to find a Notice to Vacate placed on my door because my rent check had not received. When I called customer service to get answers and to provide the reference number for my payment, I was advised that it would take an additional three days before I could get any answers as to what happened to my rent check, which means I will accrue even more late fees.
I am hoping that WiredPlastic will reimburse me for whatever late fees that I accrue, but I doubt it. If anyone has suggestions as to what I can do, please advise. Thank you!
