Gables Residential Management: ING
Gables Residential, Piss poor property management, nasty, unfriendly, hardassed, greedy rent was 6 hours late and had to pay $150 late fees and cashier check only!

Gables Town Place and Gables Residentail Management is horrible. Don't rent. They take care of the landscaping and that's it! The rent is too high, the management office can be described as 'women pitbulls' with no conscience! Ripoff rent, late charges for 6 hour late rent. Unprofessional, treat adults like college punks, high turn-over, rent TOO hight for tiny apartment. Don't! Rent a private condo.
