On Friday May 30 I used Google to locate an online vendor of pet supplies. "Shopzilla" returned the name, "Pets-Warehouse.com".
At that time I placed an order for an antibiotic (used for treating sick birds).
Since my need was time critical I specified "2nd Day Air" paying $12 extra on a $5.00 purchase.
Today it's Thursday June 4th and as-of yet, nothing, nada.
Anyone whose owned birds understands how critical time is when treating avian illness as the creatures die quickly once they contract a bug.
I'll *try* contacting this outfit via landline; but, at this point all I want to do is register a warning to all to be wary, very wary concerning doing business with this outfit.
Who or what's responsible for, "Pets-Warehouse" hasn't a clue in the arena of responding to pending order (s), or, the meaning of customer service.
Forewarned *is* forearmed.
