Ordered a very expensive and special flower arrangement for a funeral. My friend's mother had died.
No delivery of flowers and no reply to 7 telephone messages left and 5 emails!
They did indeed take payment for the flowers and I have not heard from them at all.
Letter on way to them.
Also note. FTD advertize free delivery but then charge you $14.95 at checkout!
