I purchased a 6 line business sytem from packet 8 and it was a nightmare from there,
The phone system had lots of features, and the system is dependent on your internet provider for quality service, but even with the highest speed business internet service, packet 8 could not do the job,
The worst thing about it was, if any of the lines where being used by people in the office talking to customers, when another call came in, it would cut out the voices on the othr lines, every time it rang, we constantly had to say, im sorry, what did you say to the other party, we would literally miss half the conversation, we called packet 8,50 times about that and they could not resolve it,
Other features also, and setting it up, where bad, we paid $1200.00 for phones service that did not work, also every time we set up the system on the internet customer page as to how we wanted it to work, ring, transfer calls, and take messages, it would resset itself, we did not have hours of time everyday to reset the whole thing up. The quality of the calls, voice and hearing was also very bad,
Iwould certainly never get this sytem again
