WE received a fax for travel that had a sample Boarding Pass and too-good-to - be - true travel packages. After about 3-4 calls back and forth over two days we paid the $300 to get a membership and our welcome packet with the name of a booking agent who would book the travel. On Friday of May 11 I called the customer service number to inquire about the packet. I was told that it took 7 -14 days to process. I checked the email and saw a congratulations email from customer service @worldwide travel dated for May 10 so I relaxed a little. I called again on Monday May 21 and was told that the packet was going out via registered mail that day. May 23 still no packet and when I called both the customer service and the number on the original fax flier there was no answer and the voice mail boxes are full.
