Back in Jan, 08... My Son was put in jail, well when your in jail the only way that you can call anyone is collect. This is when it all started, you see we had a block on our phone so you can't receive collect phone calls, I called Qwest spirit of service, spoke to someone in the continent of India because you could hear Kashmir music in the back ground, but anyways I spoke to One of the Aryan's (customer service rep) told the fellow whom I was & what I needed TAKEN care of, he said Oh No Problem! Happy little fellow, just joking', seriously take the block off my phone so my son could call us collect, it was hard enough to tell the the rep that my son was in jail.
(2) weeks went by still had the block on our phone, called numerous times to check the status of the work order, was told by a several customer service rep's that the tech was working the order. Well the last time before I canceled service with Qwest the costumer service rep I spoke to that day said I order a block ON our phone not to be taken OFF, I said how can you put a block on a line when Its all ready blocked? I got no answer, at that point I blew up' Yelled CANCELL my phone service all together I'm calling COX communications, so I did Cox came out connected phone service gave us a new phone number,
I thought everything was okay until, I received a bill from Qwest so the March bill I received I paid $59.00 dollars and figured that was it. But low and behold I never thought Qwest was this Stupid, but I got another bill from Qwest for April and the last one for May, we have not had the phone number that they are billing me for well since end of January, I called them got hung up on by a Manager mind ya, because I didn't have a order/confirmation number, but the first lady I spoke to said the system doesnt keep the notes back that far so she couldn't read the notes had been archived, the manager is the one whom said they didn't have any notes in there system stating that I called to cancel...
I just received another bill for $193.47 NOT SURE FOR WHAT. Was going to contact BBB for help but after reading some of the reports on your website I not to sure whom to contact for help...?
