Beware of ADT security services. They will steal your money and laugh at you later.
ADT security Systems installed an alarm system in my home ten years ago and have been collecting for maintenance on this equipment for all that time and now they refuse to repair it because the sensor it's discontinued, they claim. They installed the equipment, got paid for ten years for maintaining it, and now they say they won't repair it.
After many long distance conversations because ADT does not have a Customer Relations Department, Sabrina Pinckney, an agent of theirs, promised me she would arrange for a solution to my problem. Then my troubles really began. ADT does not have a Customer Relations Department, therefore their personnel does not know what to do when encountered with a problem, nor they know how or care to solve their customer's problem.
So you get the long distance runaround. As it stands now, I have paid this company for maintenance they refuse to provide or settle with me or talk to me. ADT is a gingantic powerful company and probably been ripping off their customers with inpunity for years because they are so powerful. But they are a fraud and will steal your money and laugh at you as their representatives did to me.
