I cancelled services with this company on 21 Sep. 07 and they sent me an email saying that I "would no longer be billed again". I discovered on 6 May 08 that they have continued to withdrawal $ 44.95 a month from my account since then. I contacted the company at 1-805-685-1602 and talked to Sherry Bridges about this and provided a copy of the email that verified my cancelation from their company. She told me that she was going to get this to the accounting department to get me a refund.
I have had a hard time getting anybody to answer the phone as they are always busy and the voicemail box is full so you can't leave a message. After several days of calling I was able to get trough to Sherry again on 15 May 08 and was informed they had changed the way they do refunds and that "he" will hopefully put my money back on my card by the end of the day or the next 16 May 08.
As of today 19 May 08 I still have not received my money, an email or a phone call from this company. I do not believe they have any intention of returning my money that they stole. I think it is important for anybody reading this that you know I did not receive any services at all from this company. I canceled shortly after paying the start up fee because I got custody of all 3 of my children before the process took place.
