Beware of unethical business practices. My wife was asked to sign in and provide her credit card before any services were rendered. They changed her appointment to a time she couldn't make, then charged $250 on her credit card claiming they had provided Botox injections which they hadn't. When we disputed the credit card charge, they sent in documents to our credit card company that we know to be forged. I spoke with the doctor that Sherry alleges provided the services and he said he had not record of having treated my wife nor did Sherry pay him for services provided to her. Tried to work it out with Sherry but her English suddenly got REALLY BAD!
