This man renovated a bathroom shower for us and didn't seal it properly, water ruined the tile board and penetrated the walls behind the tile board. Problem occured within a few days of job completion. Called Tom Russo, he came over, said he wanted another $500 from us to make it good. We said no as he should make good on his mistakes at no cost to us. He proceeded to walk away from us and refused to make good on the job.
