Lawsuit in order to retrieve my money

This was the most disappointing Mother's Day brunch we've ever had the experience of having. My Dad recently passed away on April 3 and I really wanted to treat my Mother and myself to something special. Who would ever imagine that we would pay $39.95 per person to be shepherded into a hall like cattle to find out we were going to have to fend for ourselves in an unreasonably long lines to receive cold food? It was horrible. We wanted to walk out as soon as we arrived, but where would we go at this late hour? The food was not even set on warmers. When I walked back to my table to eat my food, it was cold. Our omelets were not completely cooked. The fruit was not set on ice and looked like mush. Our waiter NEVER explained that we received ONE complimentary mimosa with our brunch.in fact, I had to continually seek his attention or go to the bar myself to order our drinks. I never received the water I ordered. As a matter of fact, we were charged for our "complimentary" Mimosas. When I was standing in line for our omelets, I asked a passing waiter what was included in our brunch and she said that sparkling wine is not included, but Mimosas were. To my surprise, we were charged for the extra Mimosas we ordered. I was also shocked when I paid our bill to be charged $36.95 for a 3-yr old. I was never told when I made my reservation what I would be charged that much for her. Had I known, my 3-yr old would only warrant a $3 discount, I would not have made reservations.in talking with other people in line, I know that we were not the only disappointed patrons. Potomac Point Winery wins the award for the "WORST MOTHER'S DAY BRUNCH EVER." The owner, Cindi Causey, refuses to refund my money. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am disputing the charges on my credit card. If necessary, I will file a small claims lawsuit in order to retrieve my money.
