I found 2 unknown charges on my recent phone bill $14.95 and $34.95 and i cant contact nobody to take these charges off. Plus what relly gets under my skin is that my phone company that i have been with more than 20 years says sorry about your luck there is nothing we can do. But yet i paid them last months bill for the total amount like an idiot. So how and why is'nt qwest held responable for these unknown charges. I didnt sign up for no esbi service's so why is this on my bill and why can't i get my money back? And why in the heck is this business not put to a stop. There were over 233 complaints about esbi and you are telling me that no one can stop these scams. B.S. Now i will contact my local news station and go nationwide with this company.
