The Garden Club coupons from Home Depot are worthless in Hawaii. After getting the emails for a year, I decided to use one of the coupons for two plants. First I was told the computer showed I had already used it. I told the manager I had printed the coupon only that morning. She then said that Internet coupons are not accepted at all, and that I could use it online. I pointed out that shipping plants with soil to Hawaii is illegal, and she insisted Home Depot is allowed to. I lost my temper at that point, and only then did the manager offer to honor the coupon for me. Forget it. The service was poor, and the whole thing is a rip-off.
