Regular rebate forms routinely returned with:
"did not meet proof of purchase requirements"
"no receipt attached" etc, etc. When in fact all the criteria and supporting documentation are stapled to the form they return to the consumer. When you call to complain, the number is disconnected and no forwarding number is given.
What a ripoff - I will never be taken by these rebate claims again!
